    Bassoonist Shawn Jones replaces ______ and joins Quinteto Latino.

    Cien Años de Música Mexicana para Quinteto de Alientos/100 Years of Mexican Music for Wind Quintet released by Con Brio Recordings

  • 2012

    Awarded Creative Work Fund grant for commission of MITOS by Gabriela Lena Frank in collaboration with FUSE Theatre.

  • 2013

    Presents Festival of Latin American Chamber Music, a series of concerts and community events in four Bay Area cities with participation of over 100 students and 17 professional chamber musicians, composers, and musicologists.

  • 2016

    Quinteto Latino’s first administrative staff member is hired.

  • 2018

    First biennial Seminario held at Community School of Music and Arts, Mountain View, CA. Culminating performance included commissioned fifteen-tet by Christopher Pratorius Gomez.

    Virtual premiere of ‘C U Z A’ by Felipe Nieto presented at Music of the Americas.

    Latino Music Education Network (Quinteto Latino) is incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
