• Commission contemporary classical pieces from emerging and established Latino composers

• Broaden the community’s exposure to classical music, by playing Latino compositions at free community concerts in areas largely comprised of communities of color

• Provide mentorship and career development coaching to emerging Latino classical musicians whose professional music career started later in life due to financial limitations

• Teach culturally-competent music education at local schools, ensuring that students of color can use music to reflect on their own heritage
